EXCEL TOURNAMENT!

In this project we were assigned a group to work together and so I worked on this tournament with Angisth!

This is the table in which we can input the score for the dino game. The person on the bottom gets a bye to the next round. The information inputted here gets automatically transferred the bracket. We have split up the different rounds into different tables. For the first ronnd, you have to manually put in the names, but for the rest of the rounds, its automatically calculated.

Angisth and I chose the game for the tournament should be the no internet dinosaur game. Our tournament is a 1 vs 1 bracket, however in the third round, the three winners of the third round have to see who has the highest amount of points between them. The one in the group of three who has the most points gets a bye to the final.

This the bracket for the tournament, here you can visually see who is progressing to the next round or not. For the third round, we decided to create a box to indicate who the winners are for round three. This way, figuring out who has the highest score between the three winners would be easier. The coloured in boxes are where the names of the contestants are meant to go and the second box next to it is the score of that individual.
